Document how the example setup works and how users can adapt it for their own deployment.

Requirements

Explain the request flow.
Explain the Caddy forward-auth configuration.
Explain the Authelia configuration.
Document the forwarded headers.
Document startup, login and troubleshooting.
Explain the trust boundary and header-spoofing risk.
Link to relevant Caddy, Authelia, Ghost and NiceOAuth documentation.

Acceptance criteria

A user can start the example from the documentation.
The authentication flow is explained.
Required configuration is documented.
Security assumptions are clearly stated.
The documentation matches the Compose setup.
